Brenna began competing in 2013 while training at the National Ability Center in Utah. Brenna used to compete in gymnastics and now coaches it. In 2013, she moved to Utah and made the U.S. Paralympics Snowboarding National Team. In 2017, Brenna won gold in snowboard-cross and banked slalom, earning her a total of three gold and one silver medal in the World Championships. This year at the 2018 Paralympic Winter Games, Brenna beat her competition earning herself a gold medal in Snowboard Cross and a gold medal in the Banked Slalom.
